Got charged for breakfast when it was supposed to be free. Super frustrating! The check-in gal was not helpful at all. The room was kinda outdated and had some funky smells. But, the bar area had a decent vibe, and the drinks were good. Just wish the service matched the quality of the lounge!

The lobby area, while spacious, displayed some signs of wear, with stains on carpets that could use a good steam clean. One functional elevator during peak hours led to frustrating waits, especially when lugging bags around. It’s a shame because the rest of the facilities had potential.
